is a terrible experience with this agency i write this revue only becouse i dont want other peoples of this forum have my problems:
the day before i reserved a meeting at 10 am of 21 september and i received the sms of confimed, the morning of 21 september 1 hour before the meeting i send sms for ask is every ok they dont respond, i arrive near to hotel and send sms for have a number of room and they dont respond, i arrive in hotel send other sms they dont respond, i attend 1 hour out of hotel and i send much sms and call the number but they dont respond, after 2 hours they respond that they send me a sms with a number of room and i tell they is not true and after a much sms they offer me a discount of 50 euros of the next meeting.
they are crazy!!!!! the problem is not the money but is the respect of the every customers.. if you want a suggest dont have never a meeting with this agency is a shit agency (agenzia di merda) :evil: :evil: :evil:
