I have known this agency’s manager Katty before she started tours in paris.
Being a busy career woman, she handled my (a bit complicated at then) requests with great ease and reached me by mail or sms, as i have asked her to do. That was a good reference for me to arrange another booking via her after some time has passed.
In the last meeting, though i had to change my booking time because of my unexpected business agenda, she responded those changes with elasticity and tolerance, so the booking went perfect from the start.
I was given all the information I needed and all my questions were answered prior to the booking.
Nice to work with an agency like that, whose manager has a taste at sophisticated things
in life.
Will use this agency again for sure.
