I have booked a 3 hours meeting with the agency. I get to the hotel on time and knocked to the door... but no one answered ! Regarding this situation i have sent 2 sms to the agency which did not answer at all and i wait more than 30 minutes... When i wen’t back to my place, i have sent an email to the agency which answered by saying that she was there and that i probably mistake in the hotel adress. I don’t know nothing about this lady in terms of services (and i don’t wan’t to bless her) BUT i know that there is no respect of the customer from the agency and the lady.
