Teresa m’a organisé le meeting d’une rapidité execptionnelle dans un hotel de la gamme N du groupe A. C’est agréable d’avoir ce type de confort..Bravo et merci Teresa !!! Les photos etaient conformes a la réalité. Bravo encore l’agence pour cette honneteté !!! (c de plus en plus rare dans ce domaine car de plus en plus d’agences maitrisent photoshop). Well...it is all my fault. Although I had a pervious disaster with this agency, photos of Karina tempted me and tried to book again from that "thing" called "agency". This time, I managed to get a booking, various emails went back and forth and a final time and location was defined for the meeting. YOU WISH! It was arranged that I would pick up Karina from her hotel and go out with her for a 4 hour meeting. When I arrived at her hotel, I sent an SMS stating "Waiting downstairs to receive her". No, luck! I got a message back from Vika, stating she feels bad and can not see any more clients. On my responce "Why should I be informed about this now????", she came up with the excuse "she had many clients today" that simply justifies the very obvious, namely that organisation and customer care simply do not belong to the vocabulary to whomever runs this "kiosk". However, it is all my fault. I should have considered more carefully the saying "You only get one chance to make a good first impression". N E V E R A G A I N !

Anch’io sono stato fregato a Rimini,meno male che io ero già li in vacanza e non ho fatto 300km x nulla. Ammesso che veramente abbiano avuto dei problemi con la reception, che cosa gli costava avvisarmi con un SMS e scusarsi? A quanto pare hanno ignorato tutti i clienti, non capendo che con questo modo di fare li perdono.

I want to modify my opinion on this agency. I had some day ago problems to Riccione with not show, but it has been truly a serious problem with the reception of the hotel. I only contest not to have received a SMS from they. I today instead had an optimal encounter with Vanesa to Rome and all it has been organized with efficiency and organization. I also thanks Karina in order to have to me reimbursed expenses of travel for not show to Riccione. For today all has being organised with perfection and telephonic support. Very, very good. I’m satisfied. Regarding Vanesa she’s a wonderful topmodel. :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
