Unfortunately things changed for this agency since Kate stopped working with them. The service is slow and innacurate and it is really hard to arrange something in short notice. I had a try for 2 times with this agent! Fully recomended. Except the ladies which are really good and new in biz the personal attention of Kate must be followed by a lot of agents. Except this the hotels are really 5star compared to price the charge. A must for guys looking the best perfomance in all. :)
