Peut-être que Shine que j’apprécie n’a pas eu la même chance que moi mais pour ce qui me concerne, je n’ai rencontré aucun problème avec cette agence et tout a été respecté. This is an odd post because I am satisfied with not having a meeting. :shock: The reason I say this is that I had originally booked Gisele for two hours during her Paris city tour. I made it clear that CIM or COF was an essential service and CIM was listed as on the menu. However, the morning of the meeting, I received an e-mail saying Gisele only performed COB. I contacted the agency and told them that I was planning to cancel. Rob, who had been prompt and given much useful information, contacted me, said he understood and thought it was best that I cancel. Apparently Gisele claims she does not do CIM (let alone swallowing) and they decided to take this off her services (despite the fact that some reviews indicate that she does CIM/swallow). I appreciate and respect the fact that the agency informed me, and hence took care of this potential problem, before I had the meeting rather than after.

Normally I don’t give agencies a 10, but this is the first agency that allowed me to meet with the astonishing Viktorie after having tried to make appointments with her through 3 other agencies over a period of nearly 18 months. Thus they deserve a little extra credit in my opinion. Kristin was prompt, answered all my questions clearly and rapidly and arranged a meeting in 20 minutes which other agencies hadn’t managed in a year and a half. She even told me the price was less than I expected. Viktorie did all that I asked (see review) and was more beautiful than the pictures. Fast, completely informative, accurate and honest details from the girl’s pictures to her services to her price list. I can’t ask for anything better than that. This new agency is out to complete with the stars of the industry such as Karolina’s.
