They do not respect the bookings already agreed. If at the last moment they receive a better book (I.e. a duo, for example) they erase you the date.
It is always unclear when is the last day of tour of a girl.

Avventura incredibile.Prenoto la ragazza circa 1 settimana prima per 1 ora.Necessita conferma in giornata.Invio SMS di conferma.Risposta:"puoi venire mezz’ora prima?" (non va bene dopo 1 settimana).Rispondo "ho problemi,cerco di fare il possibile".Agenzia:"Lei ha un programma alle xxxx" (cioe’ mezz’ora dopo l’orario fissato da 1 settimana!).Quindi se non anticipo ho solo mezz’ora che non mi va bene.
Cambio i MIEI programmi a fatica ed arrivo con grande anticipo.Mando SMS.Risposta "no,devi aspettare l’orario e,SE LEI E’ DISPONIBILE,ti mando il n. di stanza".
